The List:
I'm pretty much listening to music all the time, but there are specific songs that i really love to listen to while i'm drawing. Most of these songs are pretty mellow, since I tend to have slight issues with my temper, and mellow counteracts rage. So now you guys can see the incredibly gay music that makes me want to draw, ENJOY or something. I'll even post links so you can listen if you want.

1) "Dr.Blind" - Emily Haines & the Soft Skeleton [link]
Emily Haines has one of those voices that just make me fall in love whenever i hear it. When i'm drawing this song just seems to make everything easier. It also ranks as one of my top five shower singing songs.

2) "Midnight Coward" - Stars [link]
I just can't help but get into the mood while listening to this song. Not only is it one of my favorite songs ever, but it helps me get through the times i'm stuck on a drawing not knowing what to do next.

3) "No Wow" - The kills [link]
This song is just pure motivation for me. It gets me up and moving at those times when I feel too lazy to do anything. It get's me in one of those moods where you feel empowered or something. Shhh I just love it.

4) "On Fire" - Sebadoh [link]
Sometimes i feel like i'm on fire too, and when i'm really angry and about to punch a baby this song seems to always calm me down for some reason. It's also good for those days when i feel less than fresh... I'm joking about that last part.

5) "It's a Hit" - Rilo Kiley [link]
I have no idea why this song makes me feel so good, but it's one of those songs i always seem to be listening to when i'm drawing.

6) "Sunday" - Sonic Youth [link]
Sonic youth is my favorite band ever. Did you'd really think i would leave them out of this list? Sunday is one of my Many favorite SY songs and i seem to listen to it usually when i'm drawing boys. Why? I have no idea.

7) "Meloncholyism" - Mostly Bears [link]
BECAUSE I LOVE IT! this song just gets me in a creative mood, which is neccessary when i want to draw. I listen to this song so much that it's unhealthy.

8) "Coming Up Roses" - Elliott Smith [link]
I actually listen to Elliott smith a lot when i'm drawing, and it's usually this song, It's just one of those songs that i've liked for as long as i can remember.

9) "I Need Some Fine Wine and You, You Need to be Nicer" - The Cardigans [link]
Because songs with unnecessarily long names are always entertaining.

10) "Blue Ridged Mountains" - Fleet Foxes [link]
Because no list of music is complete with out at least one song by Fleet Foxes!
